You won’t find anything like our ravioli anywhere else, unless you go to Italy. We roll the pasta dough extra thin and press the squares using a die that was custom made just for us. It’s a larger rectangular shape, much more common in the ravioli you can get in Italy.
The fillings in our ravioli have been created to provide a wide range of taste sensations. We offer traditional basil ricotta and four cheese along with more unusual flavors including roasted butternut squash, crab & shrimp and pumpkin apple cheddar. There’s something for everyone and every season!
Everything is made in our Factory Store in Essex, frozen fresh out of the kitchen and packed in tamper-proof two-serving containers. The stores receive deliveries from us regularly to ensure the freshness of everything we make.
